8iii Terms and Conditions — What you need to know before using the platform

01 Introduction & Consent

By using the 8iii website or mobile app, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the 8iii platform. Please read every clause carefully before creating an account.

The 8iii Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. We will notify you on the website if changes are made. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

02 Account Registration & Management

Registering an account on 8iii requires accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incorrect details may be closed at any time and the balance may be forfeited.

• Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• A valid mobile number and national ID information are required at the time of account registration.
• Use a strong password to protect your account and change it regularly.
• Never share your login details with anyone. Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact 8iii support immediately.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

03 Age & Eligibility Requirements

Only adults aged 18 or above may register an account and play on 8iii. This is the cornerstone of our responsible gaming policy.

• Your date of birth must be entered accurately at the time of registration.
• 8iii may request a national ID card or passport at any time for age verification purposes.
• If an underage account is detected, the entire balance will not be refunded and the account will be permanently closed.
• Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental controls on their devices to prevent minors from accessing 8iii.

04 Bonus & Promotions Policy

8iii regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be met. Failure to comply with bonus terms will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x the bonus amount). Withdrawals will not be permitted until this wagering requirement has been completed.
• Bonus Expiry: Every bonus has an expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• A bonus, once: Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per member. Any attempt to claim a bonus through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Right to Cancel Bonuses: 8iii reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without providing a reason.
• Cashback Bonus: Cashback is generally applied to net losses within a specified period. Separate wagering requirements apply.

05 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits on 8iii can be made via Bangladesh's major mobile banking services, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transparency in all payment-related activities is a top priority for 8iii.

• The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• The minimum deposit is BDT 500 and the minimum withdrawal is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number used for the most recent deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Delays may occur on bank holidays.
• Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is completed.
• If money laundering is suspected, 8iii reserves the right to investigate any payment and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

06 Betting Rules

The 8iii Sports Betting section lets you place bets on cricket, football, tennis, and a range of other sports. The following rules apply to all betting activity.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled before it begins for any reason, the stake placed on that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, 8iii reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• 8iii is not liable for any losses caused by internet disconnection during live betting.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, 8iii may place a hold on payments pending investigation.
• The maximum bet amount per event is set by 8iii and is subject to change.

07 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the 8iii platform. Violating these restrictions will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Strategic betting intended to manipulate the bonus system.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or technical fault in the platform.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Harassing other members or using abusive language.

09 Intellectual Property & Content Policy

10 Limitation of Liability

• Betting or gaming losses caused by an internet disconnection.
• Transactions delayed due to issues with a third-party payment provider.
• Game disruption caused by issues with the user's own device or software.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

8iii reserves the right to close or suspend accounts without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Extended periods of inactivity (typically 12 months).
• If account closure is required for legal or regulatory reasons.

Members may contact support at any time to close their account. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed, unless the closure is due to fraud.

12 Changes to Terms & Contact

8iii reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the website before any changes take effect. For significant updates, an SMS may be sent to your registered mobile number.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please close your account.
